How and what we eat concerns us all – though in different ways. To explore this, MARKK collaborated with around fifty individuals from diverse backgrounds in Hamburg, who brought their expertise and stories to the museum. As part of this participatory exhibition, the contributors share how dishes and flavors express beautiful and painful memories, relationships, or even exclusion, as well as how food offerings and eating habits have changed through migration.
